The dominant feature of Liptovský Hrádok with an area of 6,000 square meters is František Wisner Square. At the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries, this forest perfect significantly contributed to the development of the settlement of Hrádok. Also for granting the privileges of the town, therefore Wisner is also called the father of the town. The new square from the workshop of the architect Juraj Císar also hides a deep symbolism.
Both mountain landmarks are incorporated and artistically designed into the square, Kriváň in the northeast corner and Kráľova Hoľa in the south-east corner below which flow the springs of two rivers, symbolizing the catchments of the rivers Belá and Váh, which join in a fountain representing the town of Liptovský Hrádok.
The mountain landmarks are symbolically designed as stone pyramids with an artistically rendered bronze tip. Kriváň has an inclined tip, Kráľova Hoľa has a bronze royal crown. The riverbed below the Kriváň symbol is made of white stone, the riverbed below the Kráľova Hoľa symbol is made of black stone because they reflect the type and character of these waters.
