The Koliba pod Pustým (1 156 m n. m.) hut is located in the Western Tatras, in the upper part of Jamnícka dolina, on the blue trail.
About 8 to 14 people can spend the night here, and you will need to bring a sleeping mat and foam pad. There are 2 double and 2 five-bed wooden raised structures. It is open all year round, without service, but due to the winter closure of the trail, we recommend you take the season into account. The hut has no electricity, but is equipped with a stove. You will need to collect your own wood, and don’t forget matches, some paper and maybe even some kindling. You can cook on the stove that also heats the hut, and you will find some cutlery, pots, pans and glasses available. You can replenish your water reserves in the nearby stream.
