Koliba Fatranka

Koliba Fatranka restaurant is a part of the U dobrého pastiera resort located in the Čutkovská valley. Decorated in a simple style, Fatranka offers a pleasant atmosphere in which to enjoy the taste of homemade and craft beers brewed at the URSUS brewery, the first brewery in Ružomberok. The restaurant also serves a selection of delicious snacks to accompany the exceptional beer brewed from the water from the Čutkovská valley. They include cheese and meat specialities and different kinds of podplamenníks (potato cakes), all freshly baked in the restaurant.

Along with the tasty local dish podplamenník, we offer pork knuckle on the bone, chicken wings, chocolate pancakes, chips, bean soup, tripe soup, and lots more.

Our selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages includes traditional lagers and special beer from the Ursus brewery.
